Your timezone is the regional time setting reported by the browser through the JavaScript Intl API. Sites use it to format dates, schedule events, and decide how timestamps should appear locally.
This value comes from your device settings, not from your IP address. A VPN, remote desktop, travel setup, or manually changed clock setting can make your network location and browser timezone disagree.
